COVID-19 CLOSURE.

Owing to the Level 4 Alert for Covid-19 all upcoming appointments are postponed until further notice and the practice is closed for non-emergency dental care.

If you have a dental emergency please leave us a message with your name and number on  03 354-5450. We will be checking this twice daily and will get back to you as soon as possible for a telephone consultation when we will assess the problem and provide guidance on the appropriate care we can offer you, while following the advice we have been given by the Ministry of Health, the NZ Dental Council and the NZ Dental Association.

Stay safe at home in your bubble and we look forward to being back to take care of your smile just as soon as possible :-)

I've had a bad experience and am very nervous about seeing the dentist. Can you help me?

We know most people are a little anxious before going to the dentist, but for some people, this fear can be so debilitating that it causes them to leave a very long time between visits. Please be honest and tell us about your fears. We want to know if you have had a previous bad experience, and often just talking about it and realising that we understand and are here to help you can be a very powerful first step in moving past it and helping you on the road to great dental health.

One of our most significant rewards is when patients who came to us initially with a genuine fear of the dentist tell us they now look forward to their dental visits!

It’s easy to say we are kind and compassionate, but you will only know we truly believe in respecting and delighting our patients when you make your first dental appointment with us. You will never be just a smile to us. Instead, we will treat you with a whole-person approach, caring for your emotional experience and your dental experience equally.

Our goal is for every experience you have with us to be exceptional! Contact our Christchurch dental practice and take the first step toward a smile you feel proud to show off.

Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
