Whitening your teeth can be very simple and here at Beale & Cullen Dental we believe identifying the cause of the discolouration is the first step in finding the right whitening system for our patients.

That's why at our Free Tooth Whitening Consultation we'll ask you a few questions and get an understanding of what has been going on in your mouth so we can tailor a whitening solution just for you.

Perhaps you're a frequent coffee drinker, a smoker or maybe a lover of black tea. All these can stain and discolour your teeth. Maybe you have brown or white discolourations on your teeth and you want to even out the colour. Often we'll suggest a good scale and polish is the first step as this will remove gross staining and our Tooth Whitening procedures are more effective straight after professional cleaning. We'll also want to make sure gum disease or decay are not an issue for you as it is essential tooth whitening is used in healthy mouths.

We are loving the simplicity of Opalescence Tooth Whitening. This take home pack includes 10 upper and lower whitening trays that you wear for only 15-20 minutes a day. It's simple, cost effective and we've been seeing some great results with it.

We have other Tooth Whitening solutions available including a gentle in chair whitening procedure but for some people tooth whitening alone is not enough. It may be the first step to lighten teeth before replacing discoloured, chipped fillings on front teeth or placing ceramic veneers or crowns, tiny bespoke works of art we create for you.

Our dentist Louisa Cullen really knows her stuff when it comes to Teeth Whitening and recently had a case of a young woman with discoloured teeth and amazing results in improving them feature in a dental industry magazine.

The friendly team at Beale & Cullen Dental at 393 Papanui Road in Christchurch look forward to meeting you.
